    Polar Plates

    This is the key element of batteries. Our company uses the self-developed new Pb-Ca-Sn alloy formulas as the framework of the polar plate to hold the active substance. It has excellent performance withstanding corrosion and in conductivity strength. The positive polar plate’s active substance is composed of lead dioxide and the negative polar plate’s active substance is composed of pure lead. The two stores or provide electric energy by means of chemical energy reactions between the power and the electrolytes inside the glass fiber separator, allowing the battery to be charged/discharged and used repeatedly. Besides optimal designs of the polar plate formulas, our company also enhanced our mixed-paste manufacturing technology for the battery’s active substance. With sophisticated control of particle size and crystal structure, we created the key technology of active substance 4BS, which has strong corrosion resistance, increasing the feasibility of the deep discharge of the battery under repeated usage and increasing life span.

    Separator

    We used the advanced Absorptive Glass Mat (AGM) technology and maintained the filled electrolytes according to the capillary within the glass fiber and the pressure of the polar plates; this can overcome the electrolyte’s stratification. This is mainly used to partition the positive and negative polar plates and store the electrolytes. Under acidic environments, it is stable and has insulation. The porosity is high enough that the electric resistance is low when the ions pass through the electrolytes and there is enough strength to prevent short circuit caused by the penetration of the generated lead crystal sticks.

    Electrolytes

    The high-purity sulfuric acid solution (H2SO4) is used as the reactant of main battery reactions and provides ions that are conductive. There is an added special formula assuring recharge capacity after discharge.

    Safety Valve

    Safety valve is made of rubber, and it is installed on each cell’s acid hole to control the pressure of each cell. When battery cell’s pressure is high enough to push open the safety valve, it has to be released through a path which is formed by the elastic tension of rubber between safety valve and acid hole. Before it reaches the open valve pressure and pressure elimination response, it depends on the elastic tension restraint on the outer walls of the acid holes to achieve airtight effects and stop external gas from entering.

    Battery sealing operations

    By using a mixture of two liquid epoxy resin series adhesives, and through the anchoring effect, the adhesive will flow into the uneven rough areas. After it hardens, it is combined with the attached material and used as the adhesive for embedding the ABS material battery container and cover. It has excellent combining results both in stability and weatherability and has excellent adhesive reliability during the lifespan of battery usage.

    Battery container sets

    The battery container’s body, cover and upper plate are all made with ABS materials; they have the properties of steel and toughness and assure excellent performance for carrying, placement and impact resistance. Ordinarily, our company chooses iron gray as the color. The material is UL94 HB class and the flame retardant class is UL94 V0.
